Our Policies
BACK ORDER POLICY:
Special orders and new product announcement pre-orders are expected to be taken by the dealer upon arrival at Heartland Hobby Wholesale.
Product must be shipped within one week of arrival. After one week, the product will be shipped and freight charges will be incurred on orders less than $600.
Order cancellations are not allowed and ordering privileges may be revoked if cancellations occur.
A cancellation fee of 15% will also be assessed to the dealer's account for any canceled orders.
RETURN POLICY:
NO returns are accepted without prior authorization. Please call Heartland for a Return Authorization Number BEFORE returning any product. All returns must be applied for and approved within 30 days of shipment.
**In the case of a defective product, dealers should contact the manufacturer for service help.**
In the case of a damaged or mis-shipped product, dealers may return the product to HHW. The items will be replaced if possible or credited if the item is no longer available.
A 15% restocking fee applies to any other AUTHORIZED return that is not mis-shipped or damaged.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS:
The Return Authorization number must be posted on the outside of the box. All items must be received properly packed and in the same condition as Heartland Hobby Wholesale sent them. This includes the removal of ALL sales stickers without damaging the product packaging.
If product is not received back in satisfactory condition, it will be returned to the dealer.
ALL PRICE STICKERS AND LABELS MUST BE REMOVED PRIOR TO RETURNING.
