- Print and complete a Dealer Application form, then mail, fax or email to: duaa@hhwonline.com
- IMPORTANT: Please provide resales/exempt certificate from your state. This is needed if you want to be exempt from paying sales tax.
- Provide HHW with a current copy of your state Sales Tax License.
